Get Into Shape with Ball Bender

December 10, 2008 · Filed Under Product Reviews ·

The Bender Ball training program was designed by master trainer Leslee Bender and uses her effective method of Selective Stabilization. The goal of the Bender Ball program is to help tone your abs. Did you realize that when only performing regular crunches you are limited in your range of motion? You can only go forward. With the Bender Ball you are able to get back extension as well as forward flexion. This increases your workout intensity.

Thanks to the Family Review Network I had the opportunity to give The Bender Ball a try. My current exercise regimen is pretty none existent except with the occasional mile walk. While The Bender Ball Method was easy enough to use, just place the ball behind your back at the base of your spine in the small of your back, I had a hard time completing a workout. One thing I did like about the workouts is that you can control how fast or slow you go and decrease or increase the intensity in which you preform the exercises. I had to perform the exercises very slowly. However if I had already had a good exercise regimen in place I’m sure it would have been a lot easier. As it is I was still able to feel, although not see, a difference. My abs muscles, especially my lower abs, could sure feel the workout.

The complete set of the Bender Method Video Library includes: The Bender Method of Advanced Core Training, The Bender Method of Body Sculpting, and The Bender Method of Pilates. You can find out more at www.BenderBall.com.
